When will exact performance times be available for students and accompanists?
The schedule will be available for school music teachers approximately 1-2 weeks before the event.
You will receive your performance time from your teacher.
Can I request a specific time for my solo/ensemble? How do I make this request?
Specific time requests can be submitted for special circumstances. There is no guarantee that these requests can be honored.
How do I register for this event?
Students should speak to their school music teacher for information about registering for this event.

How do accompanists register?

Do I need to register as an accompanist?
No! Accompanists only need to register if they would like to receive a schedule of their performances. If you would prefer to get this information directly from the student musician, that is fine, and saves you a step!
When will I receive my schedule of student performances?
The schedule will be available for school music teachers approximately 1-2 weeks before the event. Please communicate with your student/parent for exact times.
Will the students I am accompanying be scheduled together?
We will do the best we can to ensure that all students to condense your student performance schedule as much as possible. It is extremely important that students provide your accompanist information when they register for the event.
Is there a maximum number of students that I can accompany at each event?
Yes. There are only a certain number of slots for each event. Please do not accompany more than 15 students per event as this presents many scheduling conflicts.

The schedule will be available for school music teachers approximately 2 weeks before the event. Teachers should distribute this information to students.
How do I register my student(s) for this event?
